WordPress Developer / Creative Site Builder

We're looking for a WordPress Developer / Creative Site Builderto turn ideas and designs into high-quality websites and digital experiences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys web development and wants to broaden their skills across design, development and client-facing projects. You'll primarily build and maintain WordPress websites, but you'll also have opportunities to support basic application development, integrations and digital marketing activity as the business grows. Experience in all areas is not essential - training and support will be provided.Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimise WordPress websites using custom themes and page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery)
• Translate design concepts into responsive, pixel-accurate builds
• Implement structured content using tools like Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
• Ensure sites are fast, secure, accessible, and SEO-friendly
• Customise themes and plugins using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Work collaboratively with designers, marketers and IT specialists
• Present technical concepts clearly to clients and contribute during client meetings

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Proven experience building WordPress websites

• Working knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of responsive design and web performance
• Strong communication skills and ability to present confidently to clients
• Attention to detail and pride in high-quality work

Desirable:

• Experience with ACF, WooCommerce, or basic integrations
• Exposure to email marketing, Google Ads, or social platforms
