Job description

The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on-site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients. Role Overview: To establish, oversee, and continuously improve high-quality master data across the organisation's finance, operational, and bespoke Microsoft-based systems. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity and consistency, enabling efficient planning, scheduling, and execution of manufacturing activities, while seamlessly integrating and aligning engineering, production, supply chain, and IT functions. Job Title | Data Administrator/ Coordinator Location | Head Office, Banbridge Hours | Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm Salary | Competitive Depending on Experience Responsible to | Project Engineer, Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate master data across business systems and Microsoft-based tools, including material master records, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and routings/work instructions. Ensures all data adheres to established standards, naming conventions, and governance processes, with updates properly authorised, documented, and version-controlled. Processes changes driven by engineering updates, conducts regular data audits, and resolves issues affecting production, supply chain, and planning. Works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, produces reports on accuracy and key performance indicators, and supports ongoing digital improvements and system enhancements.
