IT Project Manager

IT Project Manager. Fluency in French / Dutch and English Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite (but if project demands 5 days per week) Location: Brussels Must have legal authorization to work in Belgium Key responsibilities * Lead project delivery from beginning to end; * Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders; * Define/follow up on KPI that measure business value creation of the project deliverables * Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents following the company's standard; * Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary as per defined process; * Ensure that project meets its deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards; * Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion; * Ensures project or service scope

and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties; Knowledge and Skills * 5 + years relevant experience with project management * Strong affinity with IT and its complexity * Experience within public sector will be considered an asset * Experience with e-commerce solutions will be considered an asset * Experience within the public transport domain will be considered an asset * Recognises and applies our core values: Professionalism, Respect, Entrepreneurship, Cooperation and Leadership * Demonstrated "can do" work ethic coupled with effective time management and ability to overcome ambiguously or under-defined problems * Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology and SAFe (Essentials) are considered an asset * PM² and/or PMBOK knowledge are preferred. Prince2, qualifications are an asset; ITIL Certification. A Project Methodology Certification is a MUST. * Knowledge of Agile Project Management is considered an asset. * Can facilitate Steerco, project update meetings and guide resources. * Possesses the ability to communicate, present and produce documentation on various levels for differing audiences * Proficient in Dutch or French, and English.
