ERP Functional Expert Treasury Risk Management

The TRM functional expert role is a pivotal position within the digital business solution team for Opella. This role supports the deployment and continuous enhancement of SAP TRM and Polaris platforms across various Treasury functions, ensuring the alignment of treasury processes with business requirements., * Lead solution design and fit-gap analysis for SAP TRM and Polaris deployments.

• Ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP Treasury modules on S4/HANA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define master data, analytics, authorizations, and UX strategies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies (Unit, Integration, UAT).
• Drive change management and training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
• Oversee data migration and cut-over planning for go-live readiness.
• Act as a key liaison with SAP development teams and external partners for incident resolution and co-innovation.

• Strong expertise in SAP Treasury Risk Management (TRM) modules, including Transaction Manager, Market Risk Analyzer, and Hedge Management.
• Proven experience in SAP S4/HANA implementations and treasury process optimization.
• Solid understanding of corporate treasury functions, compliance (IFRS/GAAP), and risk management.
• Skilled in integration with SAP FI/CO and related financial systems.
• Ability to manage complex projects, testing phases, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global, multicultural environment.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; project management or treasury certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
