Job description

  • Independently own complex technical issues end-to-end.
  • Analyze logs and system behavior to identify root causes.
  • Resolve performance bottlenecks and manage security authorizations.
  • Collaborate with engineers to validate solutions and test fixes.
  • Improve processes, documentation, and tooling based on recurring issues.
  • Propose or implement code-level fixes in collaboration with engineering.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with customers and gather requirements.
