SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Performance Management, Goal Management, and Succession & Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting key talent management modules while ensuring optimal system performance and user adoption., * Configure, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules including:

• Performance Management (PM)
• Goal Management (GM)
• Succession & Development (SD)

• Set up and manage:

• Goal plans and performance forms
• Calibration templates
• Succession data models
• Talent pools and development plans

• Lead or support end-to-end implementations and system enhancements across PMGM and SD modules
• Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for HR teams and end-users
• Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and best practices to drive adoption
• Ensure data accuracy, process integrity, and compliance with internal and external policies
• Analyze and report on performance, succession, and development metrics to support talent strategy decisions

• 6-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong expertise in:

• Performance Management (PM)
• Goal Management (GM)
• Succession & Development

• Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations
• Hands-on configuration experience across PMGM and SD modules
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in user training and documentation, * SAP SuccessFactors certifications (PMGM and/or Succession & Development)
• Experience working in global or enterprise environments
