Your role The FMGT Tribe is the change delivery department of Financial Markets ('FM') and Group Treasury ('GT') that has as purpose to realize our clients' dreams by connecting t hem to global markets, providing financial solutions, and delivering long lasting value. We are looking for an ambitious and pragmatic team player to strengthen our team, a Senior Product Owner for Data Analytics & Reporting in the hart of the Financial Markets - Building the Next Generation Financial Markets world with state of the art technologies and services. As a Product Owner (PO):
- You apply your market, systems, and data expertise to steer the delivery of the IPA DARE data product, ensuring all data outputs align with the product vision set by the Product Manager.
- You develop and maintain strategic delivery roadmaps, translating the product vision into clear, high-value data deliverables.
- You manage and prioritize the product backlog, guiding IT squads so each delivery contributes directly to the desired data product evolution.
- You work closely with engineering and stakeholders to drive focused, high-impact data change initiatives.
- You connect data capabilities with business needs, enabling consistent and reliable data-driven decision-making across Risk.
- You support product adoption through user enablement, feedback loops, and continuous stakeholder engagement.
- You represent the voice of the business, ensuring that user needs and business outcomes are consistently reflected in all product decisions.
Your key responsibilities
- Own and drive the strategic delivery roadmaps, ensuring they clearly reflect the product vision and translate stakeholder needs into a prioritized, value-driven backlog.
- Prioritize the backlog holistically, balancing functional requirements with essential non-functional needs such as risk, reliability, IT Run, lifecycle management (LCM), and operational resilience.
- Define and steer the "WHAT" for the delivery squads by representing the voice of the business and ensuring that user and stakeholder needs are captured as actionable and well-defined backlog items.
- Coordinate and ensure alignment across business and technology, bringing together all squads contributing to your roadmap to minimize dependencies, enhance predictability, and maximize delivery velocity.
- Lead quarterly prioritization activities (QBRs), formalizing feature commitments, assessing capacity, and aligning stakeholders around delivery expectations. You also conduct regular updates to maintain transparency on progress, status, and roadmap evolution.
- Act as a functional leader, guiding team members, fostering collaboration, and cultivating a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.

- Master's degree level.
- 7+ years' proven track record at a Product Owner or Product Manager role.
- Hands-on experience driving data initiatives (e.g., data pipelines, data quality improvements, data integrations, data governance) - mandatory.
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms or cloud engineering concepts is a strong plus.
- Background in Financial Markets and/or Treasury.
- Experience in realising change.
- A personality and the capabilities to optimally function within an Agile environment.
- You have a problem-solving mentality.
- Good communication skills (in English), communication and presentation skills (telling - selling) across different skill and seniority levels.
- You are flexible and you easily adapt to a changing environment.
