Job description

We are looking for an IT Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance on the design, implementation, and optimisation of technology solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, recommend effective IT strategies, and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance performance, security, and efficiency., · Provides expert guidance to organisations on the effective use and management of IT software, hardware, and network systems.

· Evaluates existing IT infrastructure to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

· Deal with client interactions to assess their needs, then designs, tests, and implements tailored IT solutions to meet business objectives and support them.

· Training team members on advance technologies such as building big data projects, building scalable AI/LLM applications.

· Coordinates user training sessions and develops clear documentation to support system adoption and ongoing use.

· Oversees website content and performance, monitoring traffic and ensuring the reliability and functionality of web systems and servers.

· Advises on IT strategy, digital transformation, and long-term technology planning.

· Conducts risk assessments and implements cybersecurity measures to protect systems and data.

· Performs system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with minimal disruption to operations.

· Analyses data and system metrics to support decision-making and performance improvements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SVN?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, · Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, operating systems, databases, and cloud platforms.

· Knowledge of Python and AI.

· LLM building knowledge and experience on working big data projects is highly desirable.

· Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and data protection practices.

· Familiarity with programming or scripting languages.

· Ability to assess complex systems and identify practical, efficient solutions.

· Capability to evaluate business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients.

· Experience managing IT projects from planning through to delivery.
