Requirements

· Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift or enterprise Kubernetes platforms.

· Proven experience designing, building and operating production-grade cloud-native platforms.

· Solid knowledge of Linux systems, container runtimes, networking and storage technologies.

· Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, automation and GitOps-based delivery models.

· Strong troubleshooting skills in complex, distributed environments.

· Analytical mindset with strong ownership for platform stability and reliability.

· Self-driven, accountable team player with a strong delivery and quality focus.

· Fluent in English & Dutch.

Additional Skills & Experience

· Experience working in regulated or sovereign environments (public sector, government, defense, justice).

· Familiarity with security, compliance and operational standards in mission-critical environments.

· Experience working in customer-embedded or customer-facing engineering roles.

· Ability to operate within global platform guardrails while delivering local customer value.

· Experience collaborating with distributed platform and supplier teams.

Profile

· Position available for candidates based in the Netherlands & Belgium.

· Strong IT background with focus on platform engineering, cloud-native technologies and automation.

· Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in platform engineering or similar roles.

· Comfortable working in customer environments with high availability and compliance requirements.

· Willingness to undergo required background screening (e.g. BO+).

· Relevant certifications (Red Hat, Kubernetes, Cloud) are a plus.

Willingness to travel ones a week to Amstelveen (Could be less)

What We Offer
