Finance Program Manager - Data Platform 80 - 100%

• Establish our new Finance Group Data Platform "One Data" and drive its continuous development
• Develop the financial management framework for the program during the initialization phase
• Work on the interface Finance-IT with the IT project managers, business analysts and external consultants
• Design and implement KPIs, performance measurement frameworks and planning structures
• Ensure transparency of financial performance and monitor program progress on IT-activities
• Perform plausibility checks on data outputs and data harmonizations on group level
• Contribute to the continuous development of reporting structures and problem-solving in Finance
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support management decisions across the Group
• Establish a clean finance data base to leverage AI-abilities and improve the cross-collaboration across the Group

• Solid educational and professional background in Finance & Data and initial experience in Group Finance or comparable functions
• At least 5 years experience working with finance and controlling frameworks, databases, processes and solutions.
• Project knowledge, experience with MS Power BI, LucaNet and general IT & AI affinity is an advantage
• Team player with a hands-on mentality and good communications and structuring skills
• Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment with plenty of scope for creativity
• Solution-oriented and independent personality with a 360-degree perspective
• Professional working proficiency in English. German, French and/or Italian is a plus
