Infrastructure Operations Manager

We're looking for an Infrastructure Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, reliability, and scalability. You'll be overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects and bridging the gap between engineering teams and external vendors.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating infrastructure projects, from initial ticket creation and resource scheduling to final verification
• Collaborating with Engineering and Operations teams to resolve project dependencies and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintaining internal project dashboards and providing weekly status updates on infrastructure health and burn-down rates
• Standardising operational workflows and ensuring compliance with internal security policies for cloud environments
• Managing third-party vendor relationships to ensure alignment with organisational standards and hardware objectives, * Only apply through official Revolut channels. We don't use any third-party services or platforms for our recruitment.

Do you have experience in SoC?, * 3+ years of experience in project or operations management within a technical or fintech environment

• A solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data centres
• Exceptional organisational skills with experience using industry tools to manage complex workflows
• The ability to translate technical requirements into actionable tasks for vendors and non-technical stakeholders
• A "get it done" attitude with the ability to identify risks in a project schedule before they become blockers

Nice to have

• Experience working in a sprint-based environment or managing a Kanban board
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI-DSS requirements as they relate to infrastructure
• Experience tracking invoices, purchase orders, and basic budget reconciliation for hardware procurement
