Developer

The Developer builds and maintains the technical solutions powering platform, taking responsibility for both the high-quality realization (BUILD) and the operational stability (RUN) of services., Daily execution is within cross-functional Development teams; reporting and coaching are managed by the Head of Product People.

4. Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Software Development & Operations: Design, develop, and test software while monitoring service health and resolving production issues (all levels).

Technical Strategy: Translate complex requirements into designs aligned with the platform blueprint (Sr focus).

Proficiency in core technologies (.NET, C#, Flutter, AWS, SQL).

Understanding of specialized domains like card production or Transaction Processing.

Experience: Medior 3+ years; Senior 5+ years.
