What You Will Do:

  • Design and integrate electronic and mechanical components, ensuring seamless interfacing during the development of electro-mechanical systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, analyse feasibility, and propose solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Lead the creation, compilation, and management of programme requirements, ensuring all relevant systems are populated and new requirements are authored as necessary.

  • Develop Simulink models, functional requirements documentation, and test cases, incorporating machine learning features into driver modes and attribute functionalities.

  • Define and execute test plans, including UK-based and overseas testing in hot and cold climatic conditions, while managing budgets and multi-functional teams.

  • Represent the project team during milestone reviews, gateway events, and technical issue discussions, ensuring all targets are met and progress is reported effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in software integration, calibration, and delivery, with a strong understanding of feature delivery processes.

  • Expertise in machine learning, motion detection, prediction, and scanning, as well as ADAS system design and integration.

  • Exceptional project management skills, including time management, organisational abilities, and budget handling.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a robust scientific approach and knowledge of design of experiments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including confident presentation skills and proficiency with MS Office.
