Do you thrive in commercial environments where sales productivity, data quality, and workflow design actually matter? If so, this contract gives you the opportunity to lead a major CRM transformation with real organisational impact.

A large, complex organisation is rebuilding its Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem, shifting towards an insight-led sales technology platform that embeds modern sales methodology and powers predictable, scalable revenue growth. This role is the single product owner for CRM - responsible for strategy, data structure, workflow design and cross-functional delivery.

What You'll Own

  • Define & drive the CRM product vision and roadmap
  • Translate commercial needs into scalable CRM capabilities and behaviours
  • Redesign lifecycle stages, opportunity structures and reporting foundations
  • Lead discovery, backlog ownership, testing, rollout and adoption
  • Embed Challenger-style sales behaviours directly into CRM workflows
  • Establish strong CRM governance and data quality foundations
  • Partner with a CRM Technical Lead to co-design high-quality solutions
  • Align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, BI, Architecture and Technology

What Good Looks Like

  • Clear, consistent lifecycle stages adopted across all sales teams
  • Improved forecasting accuracy and pipeline data quality
  • A CRM that supports how sales should operate - not how it used to
  • Scalable, opinionated CRM foundations replacing fragmented customisation
  • A trusted reporting framework for pipeline, conversion, and stage velocity
  • Stable release discipline with proper change control

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a CRM Product Manager / Product Owner
  • Strong background with Dynamics 365 CRM in commercial environments
  • Deep understanding of enterprise CRM design, workflows, governance & data models
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and influence senior stakeholders
  • A track record of improving CRM data quality, governance and reporting
  • Comfort operating in complex, cross-functional delivery environments, * Experience embedding Challenger or similar sales methodologies in CRM
  • Exposure to Copilot / AI-assisted CRM workflows
  • Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, pharma etc.)

Benefits & conditions

  • Contract: Outside IR35
  • Day Rate: £500-£550 per day
  • Location: Remote with occasional travel to London or Derby for workshops or stakeholder sessions
