PMO Analyst - CRM Transformation

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior PMO Analyst to join our fast-paced transformation team and play a pivotal role in delivering a major CRM transformation programme. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in complex environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and can confidently partner with senior stakeholders across the business.

You'll be the engine room of the programme-ensuring governance is tight, resources are optimised, risks are visible, and delivery stays on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive PMO excellence across a multi-workstream CRM transformation programme.
• Maintain and enhance programme governance (MS Project), reporting, RAID management, and delivery frameworks.
• Partner with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders, providing clear, concise insights and challenging where necessary.
• Lead resource planning and forecasting, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
• Support financial tracking, budgeting, and benefits realisation activities.
• Coordinate programme milestones, dependencies, and critical path analysis.
• Champion continuous improvement across PMO processes and tooling.

• Proven experience as a Senior PMO Analyst or similar role within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Deep understanding of CRM implementations (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot) and the complexities they bring.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.
• Strong resource management capability across busy, multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Advanced skills in project reporting, Jira, Confluence, governance, RAID management, and PMO tooling.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain high-quality outputs.
