Requirements

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys technical ownership, mentoring others, and improving the resilience and security of live systems.

Key experience

Strong Back End development in two or more languages (Python, Node.js/JavaScript, Ruby)
End-to-end full stack experience including modern Front End frameworks and accessibility standards
Experience building cloud-hosted services (AWS, serverless/FaaS)
Containerisation and microservices using Docker and Kubernetes
Solid understanding of authentication, authorisation, and web security best practices
Modern engineering practices: TDD, automated testing, CI/CD, GitHub, IaC (Terraform)
Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments, both independently and collaboratively

Desirable
