We're looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to be the backbone of our 'Customer and Distributor Portals' ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations and continuous innovation., * Lead Infrastructure Ownership: Take ownership of the infrastructure supporting our critical applications, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
- Design & Build Next-Gen Solutions: Develop, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, including database setups, role management, security dashboards, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Innovate with Cloud-Agnostic Strategies: Apply best practices for resource provisioning, tagging, decommissioning, and automation across multiple cloud platforms and private infrastructure.
- Enhance Security & Compliance: Implement and promote security best practices using IAM technologies (MaaM, WAM, Auth0) to safeguard our systems.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor and maintain systems, troubleshoot incidents, fix vulnerabilities, manage certificates, and support migration projects to ensure smooth, uninterrupted service.
- Collaborate & Lead: Serve as the technical point of contact for infrastructure, guiding teams on best practices and ensuring cohesive, scalable solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, support on-call incidents, and drive ongoing process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS & Azure), with relevant certifications.
- Strong understanding of IT service management, infrastructure automation, and security principles.
- Hands-on experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.), server management (Windows, Linux), and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with cloud services, database management, and API management (Azure API Management).
- Passion for learning and exploring new technologies to keep our infrastructure cutting-edge.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to perform under pressure, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus.
