Job description

In this position, you will support the IT onsite / on-premise client support team (IMACD activities) in the Workspace area for around 10,000 users on behalf of Swisscom (Citrix and MS Windows environment). With your commitment and expertise, you will ensure customer satisfaction and support the team in maintaining smooth ICT operations and effective incident resolution. You will troubleshoot issues in Citrix and Windows environments and support more complex support requests., * Performing IMACD tasks/processes and ensuring operational continuity

  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues, acting as the primary onsite contact
  • Occasional support for VIP customers with high-priority needs
  • Close communication with customers to ensure high service quality and satisfaction
  • Further development and optimization of operational processes to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Completed IT education (EFZ) or equivalent professional experience in onsite support using, for example, Microsoft tools, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, and Citrix Workspace
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (especially Windows 11), and ideally Windows Active Directory and SCCM Group Policies
  • Several years of experience in workplace support within complex environments and ideally an ITIL Foundation certification
  • Driver's license required for mobility in the role
  • Operating hours: Mon-Fri from 07:30 to 17:30, plus regular on-call duty
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • High motivation and proactive work ethic, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a service-oriented mindset
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work independently
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
