Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career? We are currently looking for a highly motivated and qualified IT Onsite Support Specialist - 60% -80% to join our client's innovative engineering team in Basel. In this role, you will be supporting approx. 10,000 users in a Citrix and Microsoft Windows environment. Responsibilities include IMACD activities, troubleshooting, VIP support, and contributing to process improvements and project work. Perform IMACD activities: Install, Move, Add, Change, and Delete hardware/software components Provide expert troubleshooting for Citrix and Windows-based systems Serve as the primary onsite support contact for end users Deliver dedicated support to VIP users, ensuring high service standards Collaborate closely with clients to maintain and improve service quality Participate in process optimization and contribute to project initiatives What we are looking for - Completed IT apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent professional experience Solid expertise in Windows 11, Active Directory, and SCCM Proven experience in supporting complex workplace IT environments ITIL Foundation certification is a strong advantage Possession of a valid driver's license Clean criminal and financial record (documentation not older than 3 months) Additional Information - Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: 7 months (option of extension) Workload: 60% to 80% (approx. 24 hours/week) Remote Work: Not available Pikett Service: Required Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-17:30 (block times apply) Language Requirements: German (C1), Swiss German (B2), English (B2)
