Job description
As IT Domain Manager (m/f/d), you are the key IT partner for HR in DACH. You analyze end to end processes, lead projects to go-live, and design SharePoint/Azure workflows. You ensure service standards (SDS) and steer external partners toward success., * Business Partnering: Act as the central IT contact for DACH corporate departments (HR, Legal, Communications, Facility Management) to bridge business needs with technical feasibility and manage vendors.
- Process Analysis: Deeply analyze complex business processes to identify optimization potential and translate them into efficient digital workflows.
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end HR IT projects from initial requirement analysis to go-live while managing timelines, resources, and quality.
- Digital Solutions: Design tailored HR workflows and SharePoint solutions using Azure cloud infrastructure within our digital ecosystem.
- Service Excellence: Ensure high Service Delivery Standards (SDS), define SLAs, and take responsibility for stable operations and 3rd-level support.
Requirements
- Experience as Project Manager, ideally in IT or HR.
- Good technical knowledge (SharePoint Online, Power Automate or Azure) .
- Strong Process Analysis & Business Acumen.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Fluent German & English.
