Job description

  • Leitung des IT-Supportteams (fachlich & disziplinarisch)
  • Automatisierung von Support-Workflows (PowerShell, Bash, Saltstack, Terraform)
  • Betrieb & Optimierung der Infrastruktur mit 700+ Servern und 500+ Endpoints
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit 3rd Level / AIOps
  • Device Management via Baramundi
  • Mitarbeit an Netzwerk- und Infrastrukturthemen (Cisco, BGP, LAN/WAN)
  • KPI-gestützte Teamführung und Performance Monitoring, * Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit IT Infrastructure Leadership

Requirements

  • Erfahrung in Führung & IT-Support

  • Entscheidungsstark, kommunikationssicher und lösungsorientiert
