AI Developer

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for performance analysis, forecasting, and automated recommendations
• Build scalable AI services that integrate seamlessly with our cloud-native backend
• Collaborate on the design of data pipelines and feature engineering processes
• Work with structured and unstructured data from enterprise systems and operational sources
• Prototype, evaluate, and iterate on new ML approaches (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, or LLM-based methods)
• Implement model monitoring, quality checks, versioning, and deployment workflows
• Work closely with product and domain experts to translate business problems into AI solutions
• Influence architectural decisions for our AI stack, from model serving to real-time inference
• Ensure robustness, security, and scalability of AI components in production environments

• Strong experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Solid understanding of ML workflows (data prep * training * evaluation * deployment * monitoring)
• Hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, scikit-learn)
• Ability to design features and training pipelines for analytical and predictive models
• Proficiency in Python and experience with backend languages (Node.js, Go, or similar is a plus)
• Understanding of cloud-native development (containers, microservices, CI/CD, model serving)
• Familiarity with real-time or event-driven data processing patterns
• Experience working with relational and analytical databases
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate in a fast-moving, iterative startup environment
