Join our team as a Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer (m/f/d) - SailPoint ISC - either on-site at our locations in Madrid, Barcelona or flexibly remote from within Spain. iC Consult is a global Identity Security consultancy and a true People Business: a close-knit community of Identity Security enthusiasts who combine agility, direct impact, and strong leadership with global delivery excellence - jointly optimizing people desirability, technology feasibility, and sustainable business viability. Your Responsibilities: Operate, administer, and continuously improve Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems, with a focus on SailPoint ISC. Manage and maintain SailPoint ISC components within SaaS environments. Monitor system health, connectors, workflows, and integrations, proactively resolving issues. Manage access control policies, roles, authentication flows, and integrations with other systems. Maintain integrations with directories, HR systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, SAP modules, ServiceNow, and SIEM tools. Implement system changes, patches, and enhancements in line with change management best practices. Collaborate with internal and customer teams to optimize processes, performance, and documentation (runbooks, knowledge articles).
Requirements
Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC); relevant certifications are a plus. Solid understanding of IAM concepts, including LDAP, SAML, authentication flows, and system integrations. Strong troubleshooting skills with experience analyzing logs, APIs, and relational databases. Experience working with Jira (or other ITSM tools), Confluence, GitLab, and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused communication skills. Languages: Spanish and English (B2 level) required; Catalan is a plus.
