Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer

A leading technology consulting firm seeks an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer (m/f/d) to enhance and manage IAM systems, particularly SailPoint ISC. This role offers the flexibility to work on-site in Barcelona or Madrid or remotely from anywhere in Spain. Responsibilities include maintaining IAM components and collaborating with teams for process optimization. Ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in Spanish and English.

• Implement system changes and enhancements following best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and customer teams for process improvements.

• Experience managing and maintaining SailPoint ISC components within SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to monitor system health and resolve technical issues.
• Experience working collaboratively with teams to optimize IAM processes., Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Solid understanding of IAM concepts including LDAP, SAML Strong troubleshooting skills Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab Customer-focused communication skills Fluent in Spanish (B2) and English (B2)
