IT Project Manager

A global technology consulting company is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee IT initiatives in the pharmaceutical diagnostics sector. This role involves managing project lifecycles, defining deliverables, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Candidates should have over 3 years of IT project management experience, especially in regulated environments, and possess strong leadership, technical understanding, and communication skills. • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage resource allocation effectively.
• Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and elevate as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal processes.
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Report project status, progress, and key metrics to senior management.
• Support agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization.

• 3+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or diagnostics.
• Strong skills in budget control, resource management, timeline tracking, risk management, and project reporting.
• Familiarity with IT systems, cloud-based solutions, software development lifecycles, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches.
• Excellent oral and written English; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
