Job description
Sell In / Sell Out Analysis & Reporting * Produce and maintain regular Sell In and Sell Out reports (weekly, monthly, seasonal) for the Footwear Business Unit. * Analyze performance by market, channel, product category, collection, franchise and SKU. * Track performance versus targets, prior year, and forecasts. * Ensure consistency and alignment between Sell In, Sell Out, stock and forecast data. Business Performance Monitoring * Monitor and analyze key KPIs: revenue, volumes, margins, sell-through, stock coverage and channel performance. * Support monthly and seasonal business reviews with clear analyses and insights. * Translate data into actionable recommendations for Footwear teams (Sales, Merchandising, Supply, Marketing). Data Coordination & Tools * Act as a key point of contact between the Footwear BU, local markets and central Data / Finance / IT teams. * Ensure data accuracy, reliability and timely reporting from markets. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools, dashboards and data processes. * Support data harmonization and automation initiatives. Ad Hoc Analysis & Decision Support * Deliver ad hoc analyses to support business decisions (product launches, franchise performance, stock allocation, market prioritization). * Prepare clear and concise presentations and dashboards for management.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field * 5 minimum years of experience in data analysis, business analysis or reporting roles * Exposure to Sell In / Sell Out analysis in an international environment * Advanced Excel skills * Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent) * Ability to manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources * Strong understanding of retail and wholesale performance drivers * Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail * Ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights * Structured, reliable and well-organized * Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills * Proactive, autonomous and business-oriented * Fluent English required
