Job description
We're looking for a talented CRM Specialist to join our international team who has what it takes to shape the future of a rapidly growing, global B2C e-commerce platform that is changing the game for online payments. As a CRM Specialist, you will work in our Global Retention Team. Together we execute the complete customer contact strategy across various CRM channels. Next to Recharge.com, you will also work for our 'local heroes' brands like beltegoed.nl, guthaben.de and recharge.fr. You will assist targeting various customer segments around the world, for different labels and product categories., * Drive customer base analysis to identify growth opportunities, retention gaps, and actionable insights to increase customer lifetime value
- Evolve customer lifecycle strategies, improving retention, reducing churn, and maximizing engagement across key segments
- Develop and execute personalized, data-driven CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, in-app), tailored to customer behavior and intent
- Leverage marketing automation tools to scale CRM activities, including segmentation, journey orchestration, and A/B testing
- Apply AI-driven approaches (e.g. predictive segmentation, recommendation models, send-time optimization, content generation) to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign performance
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, translating data into clear insights and actionable improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing Automation, Product & Tech, and BI teams to deliver seamless, high-impact CRM initiatives
Requirements
Do you have experience in Marketing automation?, * Min. 5 years experience working in CRM/lifecycle marketing, preferably in e-commerce or digital products
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Selligent or similar)
- Proven analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, running analyses, and translating insights into actions
- Experience with or strong interest in applying AI/ML within CRM, such as: Predictive modeling (e.g. churn, LTV, next best action), AI-driven personalization or recommendation systems, Experimentation with generative AI (e.g. content creation, campaign optimization)
- A commercial mindset with a focus on driving measurable impact (conversion, retention, CLV)
- Creative thinking combined with a test-and-learn approach
- Strong ownership, proactive communication, and a "get things done" mentality
- Open-minded, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-changing, international environment
