In the Outbound Engineering team we are responsible for managing all outbound communications to our customers. Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, SecureInbox, millions of messages run through our services on a daily basis. You and your team will manage, maintain and monitor these services to make sure our customers get the information they need. Scalability, high performance and stability are crucial. You will work with some of the best professionals in the field. You have to be eager to learn and develop yourself. Our stack currently has services running in Python and C#/.NET. The ideal candidate has experience in both, where the emphasis is on Python. Having experience in working with Kafka and DataBricks would come in handy.

We have several tracks for developers:

  • You can become an expert in Python / C# / .NET widening your skills into Azure using Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis;
  • You can become a full stack developer, strengthening your Python / C# / .NET skills but extending that with JavaScript / React;
  • You can grow into a lead developer role, owning a piece of our tech stack.
