As our Business Analyst - SuccessFactors, you will play a key role in strengthening our human capital management capabilities. In this dynamic position, you will support our Team Member Relations (HR) department by maintaining, optimizing, and expanding SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM functionality. As we move toward the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, you will actively participate in the project alongside our designated implementation partner, while continuing to support SAP HCM throughout the transition phase. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical, solution-oriented professional who enjoys working across business processes, systems, and cross-functional teams., * Analyze HR business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation across recruiting, onboarding, core HR, time, and payroll
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, EC Time, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals
- Support and maintain existing SAP HCM (PA/OM, Time) during SuccessFactors transition period while ensuring system stability and data integrity
- Provide analysis, configuration support, troubleshooting, testing, integrations, and release management on SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to design solutions, integrations, and workflows that optimize HR operations
- Create documentation and training materials to facilitate system understanding and adoption across HR teams
- Develop and execute testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet user specifications and regulatory requirements
- Manage role-based permissions and authorizations within the SuccessFactors Admin Center
- Develop reports and dashboards to deliver meaningful workforce insights
- Support SuccessFactors release cycles, including testing and validation
- Ensure HR processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant with organizational and legal standards
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in information systems or a related field, including hands-on work with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong functional knowledge of HR processes, compliance needs, and best practices, with the ability to analyze, configure, and optimize solutions
- Experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central and EC Time) as well as core SAP HCM (PA/OM, Time)
- Solid understanding of integrations, data migration, and data reconciliation across HR systems
- Ability to design and execute testing activities and resolve system or configuration issues
- Experience managing role-based permissions and creating reports or dashboards to generate meaningful HR insights
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
