As our Business Analyst - CRM, you will act as a strategic liaison between global business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance Applied Medical's utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. You will assess global business needs and turn them into clear user requirements. You will configure Dynamics 365 platforms, improve CRM processes, and support solution delivery that drives measurable business outcomes. You will play a key role in promoting user adoption, managing enhancements, and ensuring the platform's configuration continues to align with evolving business priorities., * Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to gather requirements and identify pain points
- Lead requirements workshops and map current/future-state CRM processes
- Convert business needs into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Dynamics 365
- Configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service (leads, opportunities, accounts, cases, journeys, campaigns, segmentation, scoring) using OOTB and Power Platform features
- Work with tech teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with SAP S/4HANA and other systems for seamless data flow
- Validate migrated data for accuracy and identify automation and analytics improvements (Power BI)
- Build and maintain dashboards/reports to surface key sales, marketing, and service metrics
- Lead User Acceptance Testing, troubleshoot functional issues, and ensure release quality
- Develop training materials, deliver training, provide post-launch support, and drive adoption
- Monitor system performance, optimize processes, and enforce CRM data governance and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business/Information Systems/Computer Science or related (preferred)
- 3+ years as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant/Business Analyst with hands-on CRM configuration, requirements gathering, and UAT. Healthcare/medical device experience a plus
- Experience configuring Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service (leads, opportunities, accounts/contacts, cases, campaigns, journeys, segmentation, email, lead scoring)
- Strong skills with Dynamics 365 customization (forms/views, business process flows, workflows), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and building dashboards/reports
- CRM data modeling, migration, integration (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), and data quality/governance experience; familiar with integration tools (e.g., Azure Logic Apps).
- Proven troubleshooting, system optimization, and mobile experience delivery for Dynamics 365
- Relevant certifications preferred (MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, Power Platform) and excellent English communication/stakeholder management
