Job description
To design and implement technology solutions for Ricoh clients to support the growth of the Solutions business.

Delivering solution architecture workshops and discovery workshops with customers to develop their Document strategy.

Responsible for the design and "hands-on" delivery of specialised solutions (especially pertaining to, but not limited to, Print Management, Document Capture and Basic Workflow solutions) to ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

Create and maintain documentation relating to IT infrastructure systems, solution design, configuration, support and processes which meets internal and external customer needs.

Maintain departmental KPI's in line with Compliance | Quality | Budget | Utilisation

Ensure successful deployments of Ricoh's solutions with a view to retaining a high-degree of customer satisfaction.

Plan work efficiently via UKPS operations with a view to minimising travel and hotel accommodation.

To assist with occasional Solutions Training and Solutions Support as required to ensure skill levels and customer satisfaction are maintained., * A solid understanding of IT Networking, Server technologies, High-availability computing, Print technologies, including our vendor partners' technology such as Microsoft, Cisco etc.
Requirements

A self-motivated approach to learning to ensure continuous personal development including the use of internal learning tools such as My Ricoh and iLearn.

Good presentation skills for both internal and external customers.

Sound knowledge of the Ricoh Core MDS portfolio.

Have a broad understanding of a wide range of IT technologies, IT driven processes, IT service and IT best practices.

Consultative approach to solving complex problems.

Experience of completing work within large project deployments.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Visio and Excel for documenting configurations

Maintain a keen interest and proactive approach to the very latest and emerging technologies

Ability to identify additional opportunities within existing customers

A dedication to customer service and a quality work ethic

Ability to discuss complex IT issues at all levels to both internal and external customers

Maintain Industry recognised technical accreditations as the role requires

Must have the Consultation Skills required to audit, assess, analyse, design, technically propose and finally deploy Document and IT Solutions
