Job description
- Lead HFM stabilisation, optimisation, and roadmap delivery
- Resolve FX, consolidation, and close-cycle issues
- Own HFM architecture (rules, metadata, performance)
- Partner with Finance on consolidation and reporting requirements
- Manage third-party vendors and governance across the platform
Requirements
Seeking an experienced Oracle HFM Lead to stabilise, optimise, and transform a complex global HFM environment. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strong finance partnership to improve consolidation accuracy, performance, and scalability., * 8+ years Oracle HFM experience
- Strong HFM rules (VBScript), consolidation, and FX expertise
- Experience in global, multi-entity environments
- Knowledge of FDMEE, performance tuning, and data management
- Solid understanding of group consolidation processes
