Job description

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri You'll be part of our Secure IT team, delivering reliable 1st and 2nd line support to keep our systems running smoothly every day. It's a hands on role with plenty of variety, where you'll troubleshoot issues, support colleagues across the business, and help maintain the secure environments our customers depend on. You'll work closely with a supportive team who value collaboration and continuous improvement. It's a great opportunity to build your technical capability, broaden your experience, and play a key part in keeping our secure operations performing at their best. Provide 1st -2nd line IT support Deploy new equipment, including server builds Maintain, patch and upgrade existing systems to maintain a secure environment User account Management (Active Directory) Assist with the delivery of IT projects Audit systems to ensure that asset/lifecycle management records are kept up to date Deliver secure OS builds Ensure server

Requirements

estate patched / backed-up Help department maintain accreditation Have a proven track record in IT, with strong systems administration skills and experience. Have an interest in obtaining industry related certifications Be proactive, self-motivated, and be able to keep up with the rapid pace of ICT Demonstrate strong organisational and administration skills Must hold current Developed Vetting (DV) clearance or be willing and eligible to undergo DV vetting. Have proven experience working with Windows, Linux and VMWare System Administration Experience of following IT Security Policy Understand how to troubleshoot and resolve operating system and application issues Ability to learn and test new technologies
