Job description
We are looking for an experienced and pragmatic Enterprise Architect to join a medium sized organisation based in the West Midlands.
The Enterprise Architect will play a key role in ensuring the strategic direction and approach for integrating information, applications and programs aligns with the evolving needs of the organisation.
The role requires a pragmatic and business focused approach to enable the delivery of key outcomes that balance quality and efficiency, while moving the Enterprise Architecture function forward to create a more stable, scalable and more mature version.
Key Outcomes:
- Align EA with Business Strategy
- Define and Govern Architecture
- Develop Architecture Roadmaps
- Shape Technology Initiatives
- Provide Leadership, guidance and oversight
Requirements
Suitable candidates will have experience in Enterprise Architecture domains (Business, Data, Application and Technology) and the applicable technologies, ideally having held similar roles within medium sized organisations.
The technical environment is Microsoft Azure.
A confident and articulate communicator, you should be comfortable engaging with both business and technical stakeholders and take a flexible approach to accommodate changing business priorities and timescales.
An Enterprise Architecture certification (eg Togaf or equivalent) is expected., Additionally, there is a generous flexible benefits package, an excellent defined contribution pension scheme and an additional 3% of annual basic salary upon successful completion of probation.
