First-Line Support: Being the first point of contact for all IT enquiries.

Hands-on Maintenance: Setting up equipment and hardware environment across two local sites.

Learner Empowerment: Helping students navigate 2FA, logins, and Virtual Learning environments.

Collaboration: Working closely with our IT team to resolve complex incidents.

Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems (Windows, macOS, or ChromeOS).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
