Job description
- Lead the listing of new products across Amazon, Shopify, and all relevant platforms - ensuring listings are optimised for search, conversion, and brand consistency from the outset.
- Continuously audit, improve, and maintain existing product listings across all channels.
- Identify and launch into new marketplaces (e.g. Temu, TikTok Shop, and others) to grow our sales footprint.
- Drive European marketplace expansion - researching, planning, and executing entry into EU platforms and Amazon EU marketplaces.
Advertising & ROAS
- Take full ownership of paid advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Shopping, and other relevant platforms, managing a monthly budget of circa £20,000.
- Relentlessly focus on improving and maintaining ROAS - testing, optimising, and scaling what works.
- Monitor performance daily and make data-led decisions to maximise returns.
Account Health, Compliance & Risk Management
- Take full ownership of Amazon account health across UK and EU marketplaces - monitoring performance metrics, policy adherence, customer satisfaction scores, and compliance requirements on an ongoing basis.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance notifications, account warnings, and compliance issues before they escalate - including managing appeals confidently and effectively when required.
- Stay ahead of Amazon policy updates, regional regulations, and fulfilment requirements across UK and EU markets, ensuring the business is always operating within guidelines and ahead of any changes that could impact trading.
- Protect and maintain seller standing, ensuring account health never becomes a barrier to growth.
SEO, Email & Digital Presence
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility across all platforms.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including automation flows, segmentation, and performance reporting.
- Leverage AI tools to identify efficiencies and opportunities across all digital activity.
Brand, Media & Affiliate Relations
- Proactively build relationships with editors, journalists, and publisher affiliate teams at high-authority consumer-facing media outlets - including national press, review platforms, and comparison sites such as Which?, The Telegraph, and similar.
- Develop and manage an affiliate marketing programme to drive incremental revenue and brand exposure.
- Work to position our brand in front of the right audiences to build credibility and consumer confidence.
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central - we want to see real results.
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify, including product management and campaign integration.
- Demonstrable experience managing and improving ROAS on paid advertising campaigns with meaningful budgets.
- Experience creating and optimising product listings with a focus on search visibility and conversion.
- Solid SEO knowledge and the ability to apply it practically across platforms.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
- A confident communicator capable of building relationships with media, publishers, and affiliate partners.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and how to apply them in a marketing context.
- Previous experience working with a consumer brand.
Desirable
- Experience launching products or brands into European marketplaces.
- Experience building or managing affiliate programmes, with a track record of recruiting and activating partners.
- Existing relationships within affiliate networks (e.g. Awin, CJ, Affilinet) or consumer media.
- Experience expanding into new marketplace channels (Amazon EU5, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads experience.
- Content skills - copywriting, imagery briefing, or video., * Amazon Seller Central: 3 years (preferred)

We sell across multiple online platforms and are now at an exciting stage - launching new products, entering new marketplaces, and expanding into European markets. We need a talented, commercially driven Digital Marketing Executive to join us and play a central role in making that happen.
