Job Description: E-Commerce ExecutiveSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 PALocation: ScunthorpeJob Types: Full-time, Permanent Role Overview:My client are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to support the day-to-day running of our online store and marketplaces. You'll help ensure products are accurately listed, orders run smoothly, and customers have a great online experience. This role suits someone organised, analytical, and comfortable working with digital tools. Key Responsibilities: Process orders, returns, and refunds, including tracking Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or platform messaging Manage inventory updates and stock availability Assist with uploading and maintaining product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) Monitor website performance, promotions, and product availability Assist with marketplace management (e.G.
