Digital Audit is a specialist team delivering data-driven and technology-enabled audit solutions across organisations in both the Commercial and Financial Services sectors. As a Digital Audit Manager - Data Analytics, you will work at the intersection of audit, data and technology, helping to enhance audit quality, insight and efficiency.
In this role, you will manage analytics-enabled audit engagements, working closely with audit teams and stakeholders to design and deliver data-led audit approaches. You will lead delivery teams, provide hands-on technical input and support the continued development of analytics capabilities within audit.
This role offers a strong mix of technical delivery, team leadership and client engagement within a growing and innovative area of audit.
What your days will look like:
You will play a key role in delivering analytics-enabled audits while supporting engagement delivery and team development.
- Managing audit data and analytics engagements end to end, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Designing and building analytics solutions using tools such as Databricks, SQL, Python and Power BI
- Leading and coaching Associates and Senior Associates through day-to-day delivery
- Translating complex analytics outputs into clear, audit-relevant insights for stakeholders
Requirements
- You have experience delivering data and analytics solutions within external audit or assurance environments
- You have worked with clients in both Commercial sectors and Financial Services, or have experience across one with exposure to the other
- You can manage end-to-end engagements, including planning, delivery and review of analytics outputs
- You have hands-on experience with data platforms and analytics tools such as Databricks, SQL, Python and Power BI
- You are confident managing and developing junior team members through coaching and feedback
- You can communicate complex data and audit concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders
