Job description

This Director role sits within PwC's Digital & Cyber Resilience team in Risk, focusing on helping organisations remain secure, available, and recoverable in the face of cyber-attacks, system failures, and major operational disruptions. The role combines deep technical resilience expertise with senior stakeholder engagement, regulatory awareness, and commercial leadership. You'll lead complex client engagements and shape PwC's resilience offering across sectors.

What your days will look like

  • Leading and delivering digital and cyber resilience engagements, including cloud resilience, disaster recovery, and major incident recovery
  • Advising boards and C-suite stakeholders, translating technical and cyber risks into clear business and regulatory impact
  • Supporting business development: shaping deals, building client relationships, and growing resilience services
  • Designing and mobilising delivery teams and overseeing high-quality outcomes
  • Working across cyber security, IT architecture, business continuity, and operational risk
  • Engaging with regulators, frameworks, and standards such as DORA, PS21/3, and NIST

Requirements

  • You are a senior technologist with strong cloud and infrastructure architecture experience
  • You have a proven track record in digital and cyber resilience, including DR testing, RTO/RPO planning, and recovery scenarios
  • You can confidently engage C-suite stakeholders and explain complex risks in business terms
  • You understand the resilience regulatory landscape and can advise clients accordingly
  • You have commercial acumen, enjoy shaping work, and contributing to revenue growth
  • You are comfortable leading teams, clients, and complex programmes in a consulting environment
