Job description
We're supporting an organisation approaching a major Workday Go-Live and they're looking to hire a Senior Workday Integrations Lead to join their HR Technology team at a critical stage of their transformation. This is a high-impact role where you'll act as a senior integrations expert, supporting the business through Go-Live and helping stabilise and optimise integrations across the Workday platform. You'll work closely with HR, IT, and implementation partners to ensure a smooth transition into post-Go-Live and long-term success., * Support the organisation through Workday Go-Live and Hypercare
- Own and support Workday integrations across key modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues during critical phases
- Partner with HR, IT, and third-party vendors
- Support ongoing optimisation and enhancement of integrations
- Help stabilise integrations post-deployment and transition into BAU
- Contribute to the long-term Workday integrations roadmap
Key Module Experience Required
- Workday HCM integrations
- Workday Time Tracking integrations
- Workday Absence integrations
- Workday Learning integrations
Requirements
- Strong Senior Workday Integrations experience
- Proven experience supporting Workday Go-Live environments
- Hands-on experience across HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, and Learning
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, transformation environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
