Job description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Consultant to help businesses improve their technology systems and digital infrastructure. The IT Consultant will analyze client requirements, recommend suitable IT solutions, and assist in implementing technology strategies that enhance efficiency, security, and business performance., Analyze clients' business needs and current IT infrastructure.

Recommend effective IT strategies, systems, and software solutions.

Plan, design, and implement technology solutions for clients.

Provide technical guidance on network systems, cybersecurity, cloud services, and software applications.

Troubleshoot IT issues and provide ongoing technical support.

Ensure IT systems comply with security and data protection standards.

Work with development and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.

Train staff and clients on new systems and technologies.

Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience in IT consulting or IT support roles.

Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and databases.

Experience with enterprise software and IT system integration.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and client management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA), or Microsoft certifications.
