Job description

We are excited to welcome a Data Enrichment Analyst to join our fast growing and hugely successful Advanced Analytics team, made up of talented and diverse Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Analysts. As a Data Enrichment Analyst you'll have input into the Data enrichment strategy & optimise our external data capability by carrying out detailed analysis to support achieving performance metrics and corporate planning. You will be looking to innovate across data, software tooling and technical approaches to deliver our enrichment strategy. This will be a hybrid role based out of our Guildford office. Salary Information, Your role will vary day to day, but here is a bit of what you can expect:

  • Support the Data Enrichment manager on delivery of the Data Enrichment Strategy
  • Source and processes appropriate data (internal and external)
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and data requirements
  • Show analytical expertise to identify opportunities from new enrichment data sources
  • Collaborate to integrate enrichment data into our data pipelines and systems
  • Ensure external data services are managed in line with data regulation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an analytical role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of Python, SQL or similar coding languages
  • Good stakeholder management skills

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of working in an insurance or financial services-based organisation.
  • Familiar with legislation relating to use and storage of data
  • Understanding Change Practices such as Agile or Kanban.
  • Collaborative tools such as Jira, Confluence, Github
  • Responsible Artificial Intelligence
