Lead Developer

You'll help build a modern, cloud-first application from the ground up, leveraging the latest Microsoft and open-source technologies. Expect to work with:

• MS .NET (latest versions)
• React for a clean, dynamic front-end
• Microservices architecture
• Azure cloud services
• Modern DevOps tooling & CI/CD
• Unit Testing

This is a role for someone who loves technology, thrives on innovation, and wants to see their work make a real-world impact.

You don't need to tick every box - passion and aptitude matter most. But ideally, you'll bring:

• Solid experience in .NET development
• Knowledge of React or another modern JavaScript framework
• Familiarity with Azure and cloud-native development
• Understanding of microservices, APIs, and modern architectural patterns
• Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a desire to work with the latest tech
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to help shape a new engineering culture
