- In this role, you work on digital processes around tenant changes, from viewings to applications to apartment handovers and key transfers.
- You manage and optimize automated communication processes (e.g., appointment reminders, confirmations, and instructions).
- You also support the further development of self-service functionalities to handle applications and appointment scheduling as simply and digitally as possible.
- You analyze existing workflows, identify improvement potentials, and help automate manual processes.
- You ensure that systems for viewing planning and application management function reliably and optimize them if necessary.
- You accompany the product development process from idea to go-live, including testing and documentation.
- You enjoy collaborating with the Product Owner, departments, and external partners and gradually take on responsibility.
Requirements
For this exciting position, we are looking for a motivated personality as Junior Product Owner - Customer Solutions & E-Rent: You support the further development of digital services, learn to intelligently link processes and systems, identify optimization potentials, and contribute to making workflows efficient, automated, and user-friendly., * You have a completed degree (or are close to completing) in a technical or digitally oriented field (e.g., computer science, business informatics, or similar) and bring initial practical experience (1-2 years) in digital, project-related, or service-oriented environments.
- A basic understanding of digital products, business processes, and requirements management as well as technical basic knowledge and interest in systems, data flows, and process logic are assumed.
- You have a strong interest in agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and modern product development.
- Your analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and careful working style characterize you.
- You are a proactive, solution-oriented personality with strong communication skills and very good German and English skills.
