Job description
Mjølner Informatics opened its first international office in Madrid three years ago. We are now hiring a motivated Application Consultant that will work closely with both technology and business, supporting daily operations and troubleshooting incidents. While you won't be coding yourself, you will play a key role in identifying errors, gaps, and improvement opportunities that make a real difference for your colleagues and our customers., As an Application Consultant, you will be responsible for the daily operation and support of our applications. You will work closely with customers and internal teams, so it's important that you can understand technical issues and communicate them clearly.
Your primary responsibilities will be to:

Handle the support lifecycle from incident resolution and user support to technical analysis and documentation, working side by side with the Application Support team and the Development team both in Denmark and Spain, including technical and functional support.

Understand and utilizing API endpoints for troubleshooting in complex systems and operating solutions hosted in Azure.

Creating and maintaining documentation for systems, processes, and incidents.

Handle internal IT incidents and requests, such as user creation, AD permissions, laptop preparations, azure subscriptions creation, Azure roles deployment, Azure DevOps project creation... for Mjølner's colleagues both in Denmark and Spain

Maintaining the network, hardware, inventory and workspaces of our beloved office in Madrid

To succeed with the above, we will make sure you visit Mjølner in Denmark, both initially and going forward, to meet your Danish colleagues and get to know our company and unique culture from the inside. Onsite customer meetings might also occur. You will part of at least two weekly trips per year to Denmark.
The rest of the time you can work from our office located in Madrid near Goya, where we work from two days per week.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should:

Have high English proficiency, as you'll be talking to your Danish colleagues daily!

Have experience working across multiple systems and tools, including Azure, Postman, Swagger, SharePoint, SQL, Datadog, Umbraco, Jira, Confluence and other internal applications.

Experience with ServiceNow or Azure DevOps is a plus.

Demonstrate proactive, analytical thinking and responsibility by experimenting and testing solutions in controlled environments, thriving in a communication-first workplace.

Be able to travel occasionally to Denmark for client meetings and team-building activities.
