Senior Backend Developer

As Backend Developer on the Core team, you design, develop and maintain core backend services in Node.js and TypeScript, applying Domain-Driven Design and mentoring junior developers.

Your role

• Design and develop high-performance backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
• Ensure the Momo App receives notifications and real-time data from various sensors
• Apply Domain-Driven Design principles to build maintainable and scalable architectures
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
• Work with cloud environments, preferably AWS
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices within the team

• Proven experience of 7+ years in Node.js
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Fast paced, proactive and curious
• Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week

• Salary range €5.000-€6.000 gross based on 40 hours
