Job description
This hybrid role is suited to candidates able to commute to Bristol or relocate nearby, with support available. You will support delivery of the 3D Model Project Strategy across a major nuclear infrastructure programme. Working closely with your future team, you will coordinate stakeholders and ensure effective planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans supporting delivery of the 3D Model Project Strategy.
- Coordinate workstreams including model quality studies, initialisation and collaboration platform development.
- Support onboarding of multidisciplinary contractors into defined 3D model ways of working.
- Assist in technical reviews and assurance activities for 3D model quality and governance.
- Analyse and improve ways of working across external designer organisations and stakeholders.
- Develop governance documentation including Terms of Reference, workflows and RACI frameworks.
- Maintain project risk registers and support identification and mitigation of delivery risks.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support deployment and onboarding to BIM collaboration platforms.
- Provide clear reporting and updates to support project decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate communication across technical, digital and project delivery teams.
Requirements
- Strong project management experience within digital engineering, BIM or 3D model environments.
- Understanding of 3D model management principles and technical assurance processes.
- Experience developing project plans, risk registers and stakeholder management frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ability to coordinate complex workstreams and drive delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Experience producing governance documentation including RACI frameworks and workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced project environments.

- Experience working on nuclear or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with digital engineering tools and BIM collaboration platforms.
- Experience within sectors such as aerospace, automotive or defence.
- Understanding of extended enterprise or multi-organisation project environments.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or innovation initiatives.
