Job description

Atrium EMEA are supporting a large managed service provider, looking for an Oracle HCM Consultant with strong experience in Workforce Management, Absence Management, and Time & Labor to support solution design, configuration, and delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud projects.

What You'll Do

Configure and deliver Oracle HCM Workforce Management, Absence, and Time & Labor
Run workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable solutions
Support testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
Work closely with client teams and technical stakeholders

Requirements

Hands on experience with Oracle HCM Workforce Management, Absence, and Time & Labor
Strong functional consulting and client facing skills
Ability to analyse requirements and deliver high quality configurations
