Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You'll work closely with Product Owners, QA, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions - while supporting developers through coaching, guidance, and technical leadership. Please note that this is a permanent, full time role based at our Hoddesdon office.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Developer, with strong hands-on expertise in Azure Functions (C#), event-driven design, and serverless architectures
- Technical capability across:
- Designing, developing, and deploying scalable, maintainable software solutions
- Building Azure Logic Apps, workflows, connectors, and enterprise integrations
- Core Azure services including Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage, API Management, Front Door/Application Gateway, VNETs, Subnets, and IAM
- Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform and/or Terragrunt)
- Git/GitFlow using GitHub or Azure DevOps, and modern CI/CD practices
- Cloud testing approaches, including automated and integration testing
- Working within enterprise-level software environments
- Coaching and mentoring - demonstrable experience of providing guidance, coaching and mentoring supporting a team of developers
- Project Delivery - experience of working across product owners, test teams and cross functional project teams to ensure successful delivery
- Collaboration and stakeholder management - experience of collaborating across different stakeholder groups
- Communication skills - effective communication skills
