Internal IT Engineer

Binnen de rol van Internal IT Engineer ligt de verantwoordelijkheid bij het installeren, configureren en onderhouden van IT-oplossingen binnen de interne omgevingen van On IT.

The focus is on ensuring a stable and performing IT environment, where hardware, software and internal tools are correctly set up and managed. As the point of contact for internal IT support, ensuring smooth operation of systems and quick resolution of technical issues.

It works closely with various internal teams to successfully implement new solutions and optimize existing environments. Documentation, structure and quality play an important role here.

It also actively contributes to improving internal processes and increasing the efficiency of the IT environment., We are looking for a structured and communicatively strong professional with a hands-on mentality and a strong interest in internal IT environments and service delivery., * Onsite support: Familiar with providing technical support and resolving issues within an internal IT environment, including supporting internal users

• Documentation & Structure: Ensures correct documentation of installations, configurations and support activities and works according to internal standards
• Maintenance & upgrades: Performs maintenance and upgrades to systems as needed

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent through experience
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience within an IT environment, preferably in a similar role
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with hardware and software installation, network configuration and troubleshooting, including a solid knowledge of firewalls, switches and VPN. Experience with Microsoft 365 (suite), Entra, Defender and Intune is required. Knowledge of Power Automate and PowerShell is a plus., * Problem Solving Skills: Works in a structured manner and thinks in a solution-oriented way when dealing with technical problems, paying attention to priorities and impact
• Proactivity: takes initiative, works independently and thinks along as a function of improving the IT environment
• Communication & teamwork: Communicates clearly and works smoothly with various internal teams
• Process-oriented thinking: Understands internal workflows and contributes to optimizing processes
• Languages: Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English; French is a plus
